It includes at least one Improvement identified at the last Sprint Retrospective. It acts as &#x2018;one team&#x2019; and has all the skills needed to produce a working tested <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Increment&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;An Increment (sometimes referred to as a &amp;#039;Potentially Shippable Product&amp;#039;) is the value delivered for the customer via the Product Backlog Items completed during a Sprint. Each Increment should interface seamlessly with all prior Increments and stand alone as a distinct addition of value to the Product. While more than one Increment may be created in a Sprint, all work must meet the Definition of Done to be considered complete.&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/agileeducation.org\/es\/glossary\/increment\/\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">increment<\/a> each <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Sprint&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;One of the five Scrum Events. It is a short, consistent cycle no longer than four weeks. The goal is to have an iteration short enough to keep the team focused but long enough to deliver a meaningful increment of work. All other Scrum Events take place during a Sprint.
