Where the work to be performed in the Sprint is planned. This event is time-boxed to a maximum of eight hours for a one-month Sprint. For shorter Sprints, the event is usually shorter. Everyone on the team attends. At this meeting, the information needed to assess progress is presented, and any impediments are noted.
