When these values are embodied and lived by the Scrum Team, the Scrum pillars of transparency, inspection, and adaptation come to life and build trust for everyone.&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/agileeducation.org\/zh\/glossary\/scrum-values\/\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Scrum Values<\/a>. <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Scrum Team&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;The fundamental unit of Scrum is a small team of people, a Scrum Team. A Scrum Team consists of one Scrum Master, one Product Owner, and Developers (defined as anyone working on the sprint increment). Within a Scrum Team, there are no sub-teams or hierarchies.
