As COO at Rhythmic, McCaul is focused on making high-quality Scrum training accessible to a diverse community. He has leveraged his experience to lead dozens of Agile transformations across hundreds of teams in various industries and organizations around the world. As the lead trainer at Scrum Inc., McCaul collaborated closely with Scrum co-creator Dr. Jeff Sutherland and served as his protégé. His thought leadership significantly contributed to the development of Scrum Inc.'s course offerings, and while there, he trained thousands of Scrum Masters and Product Owners along with dozens of Registered Scrum and Scrum@Scale Trainers. Away from work, McCaul enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and playing with their two dogs, Molly and Perry, in Baltimore, MD
