Leading the Agile revolution in Guatemala as the first Registered Scrum Trainer and Registered Scrum@Scale Trainer, I've played a pivotal role in bringing the AEP program from Scrum Inc. to the region. My 10+ year journey in transforming organizations with Agile and Scrum has been a remarkable quest for efficiency and innovation in the Technology and Financial sectors. Steering critical projects in Adobe Experience Manager and reshaping Conversational Commerce strategies, my experience has been broad and impactful. At Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, I've inspired a new way of thinking, going beyond teaching Scrum to ignite a transformational mindset. From Technical Program Manager to leading the Global Delivery PMO at Yalo, I've embarked on a new chapter where strategic vision meets Agile principles.
