He has worked for over 15 years in leading positions in the Internet and e.commerce industry. Today he is an agile Trainer and Coach. He has a degree in computer science and holds multiple Certificates of Advanced Study. Philipp's classes are very interactive and engaging, participants say. He works independently as Agile Coach and Trainer and as Interim Leader. He specialises in organisational development, culture transformation, Management 3.0, Continuous Improvement & Innovation, Scrum, Kanban, Business Agility and Agile Leadership. Philipp is the Product owner of the flowdays Agile Academy, offering Trainings and Learning journeys. We have an holistic view to Business Agility and help people to drive change on all levels. He is a convinced Agilist and involved in the Agile community. He runs the Scrum User Group Zentralschweiz and LinkedIN Groups.
