I am a Scrum@Scale Trainer and Scrum Inc Trainer with a kaizen mindset. I specialise in large scale Agile transformations, delivering valuable outcomes and eliminating waste in an organisation. Advocating experimentation and innovation, to create and implement better products faster. I have trained hundreds of students on Agile within many different organisations over the years. I not only train on Scrum but I live and breath coaching on the ground too for over 14 years. From experience and failures comes learning, learning how to adapt in different organisations, learning to honour what is valuable about the past, how to limit disruption and how to nurture complex change in a complex environment.
