Alisa was working with German TV and theaters before she got to know Scrum as a way of facilitating change in the world. Alisa is also a Scrum@Scale trainer. She is trainer, coach and consultant for organisations especially in Germany and Europe, but also loves to work in multinational teams that support global organisations.
