In 2003, Andrew was the project manager for a large ERP project with a perfect plan, a perfect Gantt chart and it failed, he ended up sitting in arbitration for days. He spent the next few years researching better ways of working until in 2005 that he found Scrum. Since then Andrew has been practicing, coaching, and teaching Scrum for about 15 years. He trains and coaches Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, and executives. He helps teams and organizations to deliver twice the value in half the time. Andrew’s most memorable moment of his Scrum journey is that he taught Scrum in front of Jeff Sutherland (Inventor and Co-Creator of Scrum). Andrew is the first RST (Registered Scrum Trainer) trained and certified by Jeff Sutherland, Scrum Inc. in the Greater China area.
