With over twenty years in technology and retail corporations and over ten years of Agile and Scrum Experience, I have trained and coached numerous teams and team members in foundational team Scrum practices. Starting as a Scrum Master with my first team at Rakuten, I was responsible for starting the first team in the Scrum Transformation effort. Over time, I helped expand from the initial team to over twelve teams working in multiple software components and disciplines. At Dell Technologies, I was a critical player in the ongoing Agile Transformation. I have been responsible for standing up over forty teams in multiple geographies in the Data Protection space and am now a fully certified Scrum Inc Trainer and Coach in my full-time position. In addition to many certifications, I'm also an ICF PCC and have Masters degrees in both Organizational Leadership and Coaching and Consulting. My passion is for learning and I carry this mindset both in my life and with my fellow team members.
