Klaus Bucka-Lassen

Since I did my computer science master’s degree in 1996, I have worked as a software developer, architect, project manager, agile trainer and coach for companies all over Europe, northern America, and Australia. I’ve helped major firms from the IT, banking, pharma, telecommunication, manufacturing, and oil industries become more agile. In 2001 I discovered the Agile Manifesto and have supported it enthusiastically ever since. My real passion is Scrum. I have co-trained 20+ courses with Jeff Sutherland, speak at agile conferences and even organize one myself every year. I believe we should ask much more often WHY we do certain things – be prepared to answer this exact question when chatting with me. When I’m not busy with the job or the family (wife and twins born in 2007), I fly planes, ride motorcycles, go skiing, play golf and do adventurous trips all over the world. My formula 3 license, unfortunately, expired a long time ago.
